Michael Eugene Curtis, 36 of Calhoun, was arrested this week after reports said he bit his sister on the back.
Reports stated that Curtis “took a large chunk” out of her skin at a location on Highway 53.
When police arrived, Curtis then fought with officers on the side of the roadway on Highway 53.
He was also found to have been under the influence of some type of substance.
Curtis is charged with aggravated battery, aggravated battery against a police officer, felony obstruction, and pedestrian under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
