Nehemiah Isiah Dashuan Beeman, 20 of Cedartown, was arrested this week after reports said he physically attacked a woman and her children.

Reports said that officers were dispatched to 419 Park St about a domestic dispute.

Police said that when they arrived, they were advised that a Nehemiah Beeman came to the home intoxicated and became aggressive and violent towards the woman.

Beeman proceeded to punch and rip the victim’s clothing.

At that point, the victim’s children began to try and separate Beeman and their mother.

This is when Beeman allegedly shoved one child and hit another in the face as he continued to hit their mother.

Beeman proceeded to flee the home when officers arrived.

A search of the area resulted in officers locating Beeman near the intersection of Turner and Jefferson Streets.

It was later discovered that Beemnan had a “No violent contact” bond order issued against him by the victim in a separate case.

Beeman is charged with two counts simple battery, two counts battery, 1st degree cruelty to children, public drunkenness, prowling and aggravated stalking.
