Chasity Noelle Schuman, 39 of Calhoun, was arrested in Floyd County this week after reports said she wrecked her car while driving drunk and with a child in the car.
Police said that Schuman left the roadway on Everett Springs Road and crashed in a ditch.
Reports added that a 9 year-old child was found in the car when officers arrived.
Schuman is charged with DUI, endangering a child by DUI and failure to maintain lane.
