Three Found with Over Two Dozen Bank Cards, Social Security Cards and Driver’s License that Were Stolen

Robert William Hastings, 38 of Rome, , Victoria Lynn Holmes, 45 of Springville, TN, and Carl Thomas Poland, 37 of Marion IL, were arrested at a home on Floyd Springs Road after they were found in possession of 25 bank cards, three social security cards and three driver’s license that did not belong to them.

All are charged with 25 counts of financial transaction card theft and seven counts of identity fraud.

Holmes is additionally charged with being a fugitive from justice.

Hastings is also charged with theft by shoplifting.
