Rome native and nationally recognized financial expert, Ande Frazier CFP®, was a
featured panelist at Guardian Mind, Body, and WalletR media roundtable held on Thursday, May 15. The
event brought together leading voices in mental, physical, and financial wellness to explore the evolving
nature of well-being—and the growing impact of financial stress on American households.
Frazier, a behavioral finance specialist, joined a distinguished panel to share insights on the emotional toll
of money anxiety and how Americans can reclaim confidence in uncertain economic times. Her presence
underscored the importance of connecting financial planning with personal empowerment, especially for
women and families navigating complex life transitions.
In attendance were major national media outlets including CNBC, HerMoney, HR Brew, MarketWatch,
and TheStreet—a testament to the growing recognition that money isn’t just about math, it’s about
mindset.
“Too often, we compartmentalize financial health from our overall well-being,” said Frazier. “But
financial stress shows up in our sleep, our relationships, and even our physical health. If we’re not talking
about money holistically, we’re missing the bigger picture.”
This year’s Mind, Body, and Wallet® report revealed a shift in the top financial stressor: for the first time,

retirement-related concerns surpassed other anxieties, reflecting the nation’s heightened focus on long-
term financial security. Frazier offered both relatable storytelling and actionable advice—helping bring

the report’s findings to life in a way that resonates with everyday Americans.
Frazier is currently serving as Head of Advisor Development and Innovation at Peachtree Planning, a
premiere financial services firm with offices throughout the Southeast and clientele across the country.
Frazier also runs a successful financial planning practice with Peachtree Planning. She’s a best-selling
author, frequent national media contributor, and champion of financial empowerment for women and
business owners. Her book Fin(ancia)lly Free: 11 Conversations to Have With Yourself About Life,
Money, and Worth is available on Amazon.com.
“It was a privilege to be part of a conversation that finally connects the dots between money, mindset, and
modern life,” Frazier said. “Representing Rome, Georgia in that room was the icing on the cake.”
