Mierica Desionee Ferrell, 30 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she lied to police during an investigation.
Police said that Ferrell gave them a fake name and date of birth before signing a document with the fake name and date of birth.
Authorities added that Ferrell attempted to hide her identity due to the fact there was a felony warrant for her arrest.
Ferrell is charged with false statements and writings, giving false information to police, obstruction and probation violation.
