Tony Dewayne Sullivan Jr, 40 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found with close to 10 grams of methamphetamine during a search on Alma Road.
Police added that they also found digital scales in his possession.
Sullivan is charged with possession of meth, possession of meth with intent to distribute and probation violation.
