Meghan Marlee Tyree, 38 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she assaulted her daughter.
Reports said that Tyree got into the victim’s face and “raised her hand in a forward motion, which caused fear”.
The incident occurred at her home on Maple Avenue.
Tyree is charged with simple assault.
