Tomas Esteban-Bartolome, 17 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was drunk and acting disorderly on Trove Drive.
Reports said that Esteban-Bartolome repeatedly kept ringing a doorbell at a home that did not belong to him.
Police added that when they arrived on the scene they found him heavily intoxicated standing in the front yard.
Authorities stated that he believed to be at a home of a family member, but that was not the case.
Esteban-Bartolome is charged with public drunk, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and underage possession of alcohol.
