Donisha Nicole Watkins Collier, 40 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was acting in a disorderly manner while under the influence of meth.
Police said that Collier was taken into custody at Lloyd’s Auto Repair and Wrecker shop on East 19th Street.
Authorities added that Collier was found to be “unable to exercise care for her own safety while in a public place”.
Collier is charged with disorderly conduct.
