Summer Jordan Garner, 30 of Cedartown, was arrested this week after reports said she threatened to kill her guardian.
Reports said that the victim took Garner to the Rome Police Department after she threatened to kill her. The victim told police that Garner was “mentally disabled” and that she had the “mentality of a child”.
Police then asked Garner if she wanted to harm her guardian, and she told them that she did.
Garner is charged with terroristic threats/acts.
