Jaime Carmona-Cruz, 46 of Rome, was arrested this week after he was accused of using another person’s social security card to gain employment in the US.

Police said that while attempting to pull Carmona-Cruz over on Burnett Ferry Road, he fled away at speeds of nearly 100 mph while passing other cars in a no-passing zone.
