Sebastian Tygong Walker, 43 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stalked and threatened to kill a 34 year-old woman.
Reports said that Walker violated a conditional bond to stay away from the victim before going to see her at a business on East 2nd Avenue.
Police added that Walker was brandishing a gun while threatening to kill her.
Walker is charged with aggravated stalking and terroristic threats and acts.
