Floyd County Prison inmates, Matthew Scott Bedley, 29 of Franklin, and Randy Felipe Salas, 21 of Atlanta, were arrested this week after reports said they conspired to sneak contraband into the facility.
Reports said that the inmates, along with a civilian, Ashley Delacruz-Villegas, arranged for the delivery of drugs a spot to drop off drugs so that inmates on work detail could retrieve them.
Authorities added that the contraband included 42 grams of marijuana.
Both are charged with conspiracy to commit a felony, items prohibited by an inmate and use of a communication facility in commission of a crime.
