Tracy Jean Cowan, 54 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he found a lost bank card and then proceeded to use it at the West Rome Walmart.
Police added that Cowan is also accused of concealing a can of Dr. Pepper and leaving the store without paying for it. The soda was valued at $2.98.
Reports stated that the actions occurred back on November 10, 2024.
Cowan is charged with financial transaction card theft, theft by shoplifting and two counts failure to appear.
