Jehmiah Anthony Mitchell, 26 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he threatened to kill three people at the EZ Stop store on Rockmart Highway.
Police stated that Mitchell threatened the victims while refusing to leave the store.
Mitchell also asked customers to “meet him outside”.
Mitchell is charged with three counts terroristic threats/acts and disorderly conduct.
