John Christopher Blackwell II, 25 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he went to a property he had no business on and proceeded to damage the home.
Reports added that damages at the home on West 13th Street were estimated to be around $800.
Blackwell is charged with 2nd degree criminal damage to property and criminal trespass.
