Bill Fraklin Douglas III 31 of Shannon, was arrested this week after reports said he was found driving drunk with children in his car.
Reports said that after being pulled over for not having a working brake light, officers discovered that he had been drinking and did not have his license in possession.
Police also said that a 10 and 11 year-old child was in the vehicle.
Douglas is charged with DUI, two counts endangering a child by DUI, driving without a license in possession, brake light violation and probation violation.
