Daisha Arshaun Tutt, 27 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she stole from tax payers in Floyd County.
Reports stated that Tutt, without permission, used a bank card belonging to the Floyd County Government to make $814.66 worth of purchases.
The crimes occurred between August 9 and September 24, 2021.
Tutt is charged with identity fraud and theft by deception.
