Ronoldo Maurice Hodges, 19 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stole from another man while at the YMCA.
Police stated that Hodges stole the man’s property, value at $820, from the bleachers at the YMCA on East 2nd Avenue.
Hodges is charged with theft by taking.
