Edi Puac-Ramirez , 17 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he committed a hit and run near the intersection of Lavender Drive and Redmond Circle.
Police said that Puac-Rameriz rear ended another person before leaving the scene of the accident.
He then proceeded to hide his license plate in an effort to conceal the identity of his car.
Pauc-Ramirez is charged with hit and run, concealing the identification of a motor vehicle, following too closely and a driver’s license permit violation.
