Cynthia Fowler, 63 of Cedartown, was arrested this week after reports said she went to a home on Collard Valley Road and spray-painted numerous parts of the the residence.
Officers said that the victim told them that she observed Fowler in the early morning hours spray painting things around her home.
The victim showed officers damages done by Folower, including; a damaged window, 30 boards on the porch, and an antique door.
Reports estimated damages over $810.
Fowler is charged with 2nd criminal damage to property.
