Sebastian Guerrero, 17 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he jumped a counter at Cookout on Martha Berry Blvd while causing a drunken disturbance
Reports stated that Guerrero jumped the counter while threatening the victim, a 22 year-old male.
Police added that Guerrero used racial slurs while committing the act.
He is also accused of refusing to cooperate with police when they arrived.
Guerrero is charged with disorderly conduct, intoxicated minor, public drunk and willful obstruction.
