Tevin Marquel Fain, 33 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in possession of a gun and distributing drugs out of a home at 18 W Forest Street.
Police said that a search of the home resulted in them finding a large amount of marijuana that was packed for distribution, scales, Xanax in unmarked bottles and a shotgun.
Fain is charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana and distribution of marijuana.
