Jammaricca Lavoris Keith, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said ran from police during a traffic stop and was found in possession of cocaine.
Police said that after being stopped for a window tint violation and having no tag light on Old Airport Road, officers discovered that he was also driving on a suspended license.
Officers added that after stopping, Keith attempted to flee on foot.
The cocaine charge comes from a warrant taken for his arrest in early February after an incident on Myrtle Road.
Keith is charged with possession of cocaine, obstruction, driving on a suspended license, window tint violation and no tag light.
