Ronald Colt Blackmon, 31 of Rockmart, was arrested this week after reports said he was found at Seaborn Jones Park with his pants down at his ankles while exposing his sex organs.
Police said that they detected Blackmon smelled of alcohol while speaking with him.
Blackmon is charged with public indecency, public drinking and criminal trespass.
