The Open Door Home would like to thank sponsors and community members who made Party on the Plaza a successful event, raising $60,000. It was a wonderful night at the Forum, complete with a catered spread from the Seasons Events, music from Cory Tucker, and a live raffle for prizes including a plane ride over Rome, a night at Kingston Downs and Chick-fil-A for a year.
Support like this allows Open Door Home to fulfill its mission of providing for youth in need.
In addition to basic necessary care, support from the community enables Open Door Home youth to take special trips to places like Six Flags, Adventure Air, bowling, and the movies, plus personalized birthday parties and a wonderful Christmas filled with gifts. Many of our youth have never had these types of experiences. Your donations and support truly make an impact on these young lives.
