Kenneth Raymond Smith, 29 of Lindale, was arrested this week at his home on 666 Park Avenue after an altercation with the property owner, power of attorney and protentional buyer.
Reports said that Smith arrived to see the three individuals looking at the home. It was then Smith got out of his vehicle and began to scream obscenities (such as ni**a get out my yard).
Smith then proceeded to call a woman a bi*** before striking a male victim in the face.
Reports added that Smith then fled the property and was later taken into custody at a home on High Point.
Smith is charged with simple assault, exploitation and intimidation of the elderly and disorderly conduct.
