Kevin Leon Hulsey, 49 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he burglarized an outbuilding to a home on Old Cedartown Road.
Reports stated that Hulsey was captured on a security camera days before the burglary trespassing on the property.
Hulsey is charged with second degree burglary, theft by taking and criminal trespass.
