A homeless 29 year-old Rome woman, Shainia Walker Alexandria Harding, was arrested this week after reports said she refused to move her belongings off a sidewalk.
Police said that Harding is also accused of causing an improper diversion against the peace when she argued with a man after being told to leave the property.
Harding is charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction of sidewalks.
