David Shannon Garrett, 55 of Coosa, was arrested this week after reports said he used another person’s bank card without their approval.
Reports stated that Garrett used the bank card to illegally obtain goods from the East Rome Walmart back on March 27th.
Garrett is charged with financial transaction card fraud.
