Michael David Forrester, 57 of Cedartown, was arrested this week after he allegedly got into a fight with a 19 year-old and his mother over dog feces in the home.
Reports said that Forrester choked the teen and that he was placed in fear of his life.
The victim was left with a visible scratch and red marks on his neck.
Forrester is charged with aggravated assault and simple battery
