Polk County Police arrested Kayden Rylee Chastain, 20, and Armando Garca Jimenez, 35, both of Cedartown, this week after reports said they become involved in a physical altercation on Mckibben Street.
Reports stated that a child witnessed the altercation.
Both are charged with simple battery and third degree cruelty to children
