Three Atlanta area men, Mun Leung Chue, 59, Kgoi Kheong Chin, 43, and Derek W Swan, 70, were arrested at the Lock and Dam in Rome after they were found catching fish from a hatchery.
Reports stated that the men were found with over 16 white bass fish than the legal limit.
All three are charged with fishing in department fish hatcheries.
