The mother of a 4 year-old child, Christina Leigh Harvey, 42 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she failed to provide supervision for some time and the child went missing.
Reports added that two hours passed before Harvey contacted anyone about the missing child.
Harvey is charged with 1st degree cruelty to children.
