Enesyice Clarkstazia Kennemore, 20 of Morrow, was arrested in Rome after she was found allegedly walking out of the East Rome Walmart without paying for merchandise.
Police said that Kennemore was observed concealing the items before leaving
Kennemore is charged with theft by shoplifting.
