Amy Louise Bishop. 31 of Kennesaw, was arrested in Rome after she was found passed out behind the wheel of a car while sitting on Martha Berry Blvd.
Police said that Bishop was found to have been under the influence of a substance after admitting to taking drugs.
A search then resulted in officers finding crack cocaine, heroin and Xanax.
Bishop is charged with two counts possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, drugs not in original container and DUI.
