Kizie Lee Donaldson, 46 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she pulled a knife and held it to the neck of a 51 year-old woman.
Donaldson then allegedly used her vehicle to run her over.
She is also accused of busting out the victim’s windshield, damaging a mail box and a tent on the property of Perkins Street.
Donaldson is charged with two counts aggravated assault, criminal damage to property, criminal damage.
