Rachel Faye Garrett, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found walking on Maple Road knocking over trash cans and hitting mailboxes.
Police added that Garrett was found to be on drugs when they located her.
Garrett is charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
