Kizie Lee Donaldson, 46 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he drove to a home that he has been banned from while intoxicated.
Reports added that Donaldson had been removed from the property,a home on Cordle Drive, belonging to a 63 year-old man’s on Monday.
Donaldson is charged with criminal trespass and DUI.
