Daniel Edward Harris 50 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he refused to comply with officers during a traffic stop in which they found marijuana.
Police said that when they asked Harris to step out of his vehicle, near the intersection of SR 101 and Craton Road, he refused.
Harris is charged with possession of marijuana and obstruction.
