Hershell Kyle Pirkle, 36 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he pretended to be another person when he transferred $7,200 in funds from the victim’s bank account to his.
Reports said that the transfers occurred between May 11 2021 and May 14 2021.
Pirkle is charged with felony theft by taking and identity theft fraud.
