Frank Vic Bosco, 60 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he violated a conditional bond when he made contact with a family member.
Bosco was jailed earlier this month after reports said he shoved the woman on a bed and hit her in the face with a cellphone.
Bosco is charged with aggravated stalking.
