Demarco Tyree Zachery, 41 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he attacked his son and daughter while driving down Ashland Park Blvd.
Reports said that Zachery snatched his daughter by her ponytail before attempting to hit her in the head while she was driving.
Zachery’s son then attempted to stop him when he was hit in return.
Police went on say that that Zachery’s daughter is an unlicensed underage juvenile.
Zachery is charged with simple assault, simple battery and permitting unlicensed person to drive.
