Raymond Mack Jenkins, 17 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he exposed and manipulated his penis in a lewd manner in the presence of others.
The exposure occurred back on February 27th of this year.
Reports stated that the manipulation occurred on a bus traveling around Floyd County.
Jenkins is charged with public indecency
