Erian Carva Wiggins, 30 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he assaulted a 28 year-old man with a gun.
Police said that Wiggins pulled the gun on the man near the intersection of East 14th and Spring Creek Streets.
Reports added that after pulling the gun, Wiggins pointed it toward the victim in a threatening manner.
Wiggins is charged with aggravated assault.
