Jamie Lee Hiatt, 44 of Marion, IN, was arrested in Floyd County after police said he refused to leave a private event at the Rocky Mountain PFA.
Reports said that Hiatt attempted to participate in a private, rented out, event, when he was asked to leave. Police added that Hiatt reused to leave and then told authorities that he was not leaving when they directed him to do so. Hiatt is charged with criminal trespass on public fishing or hunting areas
