Billy Wayne Floyd Jr, 28 of Kingston, was arrested in Rome after reports said he was found with drugs while being stopped for driving under the influence of alcohol.
Reports said that Floyd was pulled over near the intersection of Shorter Avenue and Burnett Ferry Road before officers discovered an opened container of alcohol and marijuana in his possession.
Floyd is charged with possession of marijuana, DUI, open container violation, operation of an unregistered vehicle, failure to yield and driving on a suspended license.
