Joseph Ferrigno, 49 of Atlanta, was jailed in Rome after reports said he used another person’s identification to withdraw $400 from a bank on Shorter Avenue.
Police said that Ferrigno took $400 from the victim’s account last October.
He was also wanted for a crime in Indiana.
Ferrigno is charged with first degree forgery and fugitive from justice.
