Jacob Eric Reynolds, 27 of Summerville, was jailed in Rome after reports said he stole car parts off cars around Floyd County.
Authorities said Reynolds stole two catalytic converters from a location on Selmon Road and two others from cars on Martha Berry Highway.
In total, Reynolds stole over $3,000 in items.
Reynolds is charged with theft felony theft by taking and two counts misd theft by taking parts from a vehicle.
